To upload your logo, packaging design, and thank you card design to the BSDropshipping app, simply follow these steps:
Log in to your BSDropshipping account.
Navigate to "Products."
Click on "Packaging."
Upload your logo, thank you card design, and packaging design.
You can upload your logo to our app in AI, PDF, JPG, or other image formats.
Please make sure your box design is original. Otherwise, the printed result may be altered.
How can I view the catalog of your branding options, such as thank-you cards and custom packaging?
We do not offer a pre-made catalog for branding materials such as thank-you cards or custom packaging. You can create your own design and upload it to our app, and our team will help you customize and apply it accordingly.
Can I remove my logo and other branding materials from my BSDropshipping account?
The BSDropshipping platform does not support removing your logo and other branding materials. These assets are already linked to your products and orders. If removed, BSDropshipping may ship incorrect items to your customers.
If you need to update your brand identity, you can simply upload new branding files, unlink your old logo and materials, and assign the new ones instead.
