Unprinted Plain Box private label

BSDropshipping offer private label service on our standard unprinted plain box, no moq needed. The standard box and process listed as below.

Available colors for unprinted plain boxes: black or brown.
If you require other colors, please check with your account manager.
Logo color: grey
Logo quantity: One logo per box.
Additional handling fees will apply if multiple logos are required on the same box.
Price:
*Handling fee： USD5 per logo, Laser print your logo on the box is USD0.01 per box,
*You also need to pay for the box, normally the box cost some cents only.
*Shipping fee may slightly increased according to the weight of the box.
Moq: No MOQ
Process time: 1 day (if we have the box in stock), 2-3 days (if we do not have stock)
How to brand the box with your logo: Just upload your logo to the BSDropshipping app and connect it to your product

Fully Customized Box

What does the BS standard customized box looks like ?

BS standard customized boxes are made with 350gsm single copper paper and matte lamination, or 1.5mm thickness grey paper board with with 350gsm single copper paper. If your box is too big or requires special workmanship, we might not be able to take the order.

What is the requirement of the orgional box design ?

When you send BSDropshipping the box design, please make sure you provide 2 versions.

The original design file WITH bleed lins- For the machine to identify the cutting and folding positions.
(not just a screenshot or a photo. Otherwise, we will not be able to print the box correctly, or the final printed box may be completely incorrect.)
The original design file WITHOUT bleed lins- For printing out

Below is an example of the original design file WITH bleed lins. The original design file normally needs to contain the following information: Box dieline / layout, Exact dimensions, proportions, and folding lines,Bleed lines and safe margins, Slots, tabs, and glue areas

What is the price of the fully customized box ?

Just a heads up—BSDropshipping only offers standard customized boxes. If your box is too big or requires special workmanship, we might not be able to take the order.

Please note that adding an extra box for your product will increase the weight, and therefore the shipping cost. For example, for a lid-and-base box made of 1.5 mm thick grey paperboard, if the unfolded size is 10 × 10 cm( the greyboard density is 0.7 g/cm³), the total weight will increase by approximately 10 g.
