Login your BS app account → go to support ticket→ open new ticket
Fill in the order number and search
File a question
Fill in ticket details and confirm

Login your BS app account → go to order→ create a ticket
Fill in the ticket details and confirm.

If you get an error while creating a ticket, please
click “Yes” to confirm the existing support ticket from the BSDropshipping support team,
then click “Confirm.” or "problem solved"
Operation failed for the following reasons：This order has other issues in Processing! Notice:Click the Yes button will jump to the issues processing page of this order
Click “Confirm”
Click “problem solved”
After that you can create a ticket!
