To upload your logo, packaging design, and thank you card design to the BSDropshipping app, simply follow these steps:

You can upload your logo to our app in AI, PDF, JPG, or other image formats.

Please make sure your box design is original. Otherwise, the printed result may be altered.

We do not offer a pre-made catalog for branding materials such as thank-you cards or custom packaging. You can create your own design and upload it to our app, and our team will help you customize and apply it accordingly.

The BSDropshipping platform does not support removing your logo and other branding materials. These assets are already linked to your products and orders. If removed, BSDropshipping may ship incorrect items to your customers.

If you need to update your brand identity, you can simply upload new branding files, unlink your old logo and materials, and assign the new ones instead.

If you have connected your products to your private label materials, such as a logo, thank-you card, shipping packaging, or user manual, but would like to use a new design later, simply follow the steps below.

✅Step 1, Submit a sourcing request on BSDropshipping (⚠️It is a must).

If you are using the same logo and branding materials for all your store products, BSDropshipping makes it easy to apply them in one step.

With the BSDropshipping app, you can apply your branding materials to all your products at once. This means every time a new order is placed, your branding materials will automatically appear under the order, and BSDropshipping will ship the parcel with your branding accordingly.

5. Upload your branding materials, including your logo, packaging design, thank-you card, etc.

6. Select the corresponding branding materials you want to apply to your products.

***Please make sure you have selected the right branding materials if you connected multiple branded Shopify stores to the BSDropshipping app.***

To have your branding materials show automatically under the order, all products in the order must be quoted, and you must have selected a shipping line for the order.

How to Bind Custom Branding to All Your Products ？

You can easily bind your logo, thank you card, branded packaging, and user manual to all your products at once. This ensures that when BSDropshipping fulfills your orders, we'll automatically use these customized materials for every applicable shipment.

Just follow the steps below:

4. After the BS team has processed your content, the uploaded item will become visible. You can then go to "store management", click "Branding" which is under "Actions" button to link your content to all your products. Just select the contents you uploaded and save the changes.

Once you have completed the above steps, if there is an order, your logo and other customzied contents will appear alongside the product. The BSDropshipping team will then know to mark the product as private with that logo and ship your order with the branded materials.

If you no longer want to private-label your products, or if you simply wish to stop using certain branding materials such as thank-you cards, branded boxes, or packaging, follow the steps below:

⚠️Please note: Once you disconnect your logo and branding materials from your products, the BSDropshipping warehouse will immediately stop private labeling for your items.

Sometimes you may want to start private labeling a product, but the Branding section appears empty and no products are shown there. This usually means you have not submitted a sourcing request yet.

Once you submit a sourcing request and the quotation is completed, the product will appear in the Branding section, and you can then start the private label process.
