At BSDropshipping, you can apply your branding assets to your products either individually or all at once. You can easily bind your logo, thank you card, branded packaging, and user manual to all your products at once. This ensures that when BSDropshipping fulfills your orders, we'll automatically use these customized materials for every applicable shipment.
BSDropshipping does not provide catalogs for packaging materials and thank-you cards. This is why you will see an empty page after clicking the "Packaging" option.
If you need to add custom labels to your products, please upload your packaging design, thank-you card design and brand logo in the Packaging section, then link them to corresponding products in your BSDropshipping account.

For each branding material uploaded to the app, the requirements are as follows:
❗After uploading your branding materials, previews are unavailable. You may wait for our team to process them (within 12 hours ) or contact us for faster review. Once completed, you can view your designs in your BSDropshipping account.
❗Once you have connected your branding materials (such as your logo) to your products, please contact your agent (human support) immediately via WhatsApp, Messenger, or email to discuss the details.
This includes:
Where to place your logo (on the product, box, bag, etc.)
The type of private label technique (e.g., pad printing, laser printing, engraving, embroidery...)
Packaging details such as box color, size, and materials
Any additional customization requirements
Your agent will then create a summary of your requests and forward it to our warehouse team for processing.

If you are using the same logo and branding materials for all your store products, BSDropshipping makes it easy to apply them in one step.
With the BSDropshipping app, you can apply your branding materials to all your products at once. This means every time a new order is placed, your branding materials will automatically appear under the order, and BSDropshipping will ship the parcel with your branding accordingly.
Here are the steps:
✅Step 1, configure your private label plan
Just Go to Settings → System, find private label configuration at the bottom of the page.
For Option 'My Logo will be used': Select 'choose same quantity as the order product' to apply logo on every product; otherwise choose 'only use one per order' (❗You must configure this option, otherwise our warehouse cannot confirm your private labeling requirements.)
For Option 'My cards will be used':Select 'same quantity as the order product' so our warehouse will insert thank you card for every product; otherwise choose 'only use one per order'
For Option 'My product packaging will be used':Select 'same quantity as the order product' so our warehouse will attach your branded product packaging with every product ; otherwise choose 'only use one per order'
For Option 'My shipping packaging will be used':Select 'choose same quantity as the order product' so our warehouse will attach your branded shipping packaging to each product. ; otherwise choose 'only use one per order'
💡For Option 'My cards will be used' and 'My shipping packaging will be used', normally you just need to select 'only use one per order'

✅Step 2, upload your branding materials
Log in to your BSDropshipping app account, Go to Store Management→Click Actions→Select Branding→Upload your branding materials, including your logo, packaging design, thank-you card, etc.
❗Please note: after uploading your branding materials, previews are unavailable. You may wait for our team to process them or contact us for faster review. Once completed, you can view your designs in your BSDropshipping account.
✅Step 3, select the corresponding branding materials and connect them to your products.
Go to Store Management → Actions → Branding → Select
⚠️Please make sure you have selected the right branding materials if you connected multiple branded Shopify stores to the BSDropshipping app.
After uploading all branding assets, go back to Store Management → Actions → Branding → Select , select suitable store branding assets and click 'Save change'
Once you have completed the above steps, if there is an order, your logo and other customzied contents will appear alongside the product. The BSDropshipping team will then know to mark the product as private with that logo and ship your order with the branded materials.
Why do my branding materials sometimes not automatically appear under the order?
To have your branding materials show automatically under the order, all products in the order must be quoted, and you must have selected a shipping line for the order.

If you no longer want to private-label your products, or if you simply wish to stop using certain branding materials such as thank-you cards, branded boxes, or packaging, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Branding section.
Click Branding next to the product you have connected your logo or other branding materials to.
Click Remove.
⚠️Please note: Once you disconnect your logo and branding materials from your products, the BSDropshipping warehouse will immediately stop private labeling for your items.

If you need to update your brand identity, you can simply upload new branding files, unlink your old logo and materials, and assign the new ones instead.
The BSDropshipping platform does not support removing your logo and other branding materials. These assets are already linked to your products and orders. If removed, BSDropshipping may ship incorrect items to your customers.
