⚠️ Please Note

Once you have connected your branding materials (such as your logo) to your products, please contact your agent (human support) immediately via WhatsApp, Messenger, or email to discuss the details.

This includes:

  • Where to place your logo (on the product, box, bag, etc.)

  • The type of private label technique (e.g., pad printing, laser printing, engraving, embroidery...)

  • Packaging details such as box color, size, and materials

  • Any additional customization requirements

Your agent will then create a summary of your requests and forward it to our warehouse team for processing.

Step 1, Submit a sourcing request on BSDropshipping app. Click here to know how.

Step 2, Upload your logo to your BSDropshipping app account.

  • Login your BSDropshipping app account

  • Navigate to "Packaging"

  • Clcik on "My Logo"

  • Upload your logo, please note only PDF or AI format is supported.

  • Click "Next"

ATTENTION: After that you will see that your Logo is displayed in preview mode, which is normal! Do not worry, just contact your agent, we will set it right for you immediately, and you will be able to see your logo soon.

Step 3, Connect your product to your Logo.

  • Navigate to "Branding"

  • Click “Branding” button next to the product you want to private label.

  • Click "Select" to choose the logo you uploaded

Once you have completed the above steps, if there is an order, your logo will appear alongside the product. The BSDropshipping team will then know to mark the product as private with that logo

Why is the Branding section empty?

Sometimes you may want to start private labeling a product, but the Branding section appears empty and no products are shown there. This usually means you have not submitted a sourcing request yet.

Once you submit a sourcing request and the quotation is completed, the product will appear in the Branding section, and you can then start the private label process.
