If you accidentally topped up more money through Shopify Payments to your BSDropshipping account than you intended, please kindly contact Shopify directly for a refund as soon as possible. BSDropshipping will be happy to assist you if needed.

If the refund window with Shopify has passed and you still wish to request a refund from BSDropshipping, we will, of course, be happy to process the refund upon your request.

However, please note the following:

  1. Refund Method: BSDropshipping can only issue refunds via PayPal. This is because the Chinese government has strict regulations about sending payments abroad. especially via bank transfer, we are required to submit many documents, such as invoices, signed sales contract, tracking numbers, to prove the transaction is legitimate cross-border business.

Also as we cannot verify the legitimacy of your bank account, sending money to an illegal account related to realted to gambling, drugs, arms trade fraudcould result in our account being closed. Additionally, many payment methods, like Wise, are not available in China.

Therefore, please ensure you have a PayPal account ready for the refund.

  2. Shopify Payment Release: BSDropshipping can only process refunds once Shopify releases the payment to us. When you top up your BSDropshipping account through Shopify, Shopify holds the funds for about 2-4 weeks. This means we can issue a refund only after this period, once Shopify releases the payment to us.

Thank you for your understanding!
