Please note that BSDropshipping ONLY accept pay though Friends of Family option. If you paid through Goods and Service option, your payment will be refunded.
If PayPal does not offer Friends and Family option, it is usually due to your country, account type, or PayPal’s security policies. In that case, you can try sending the payment through cryptocurrency or a bank transfer.

When you make a payment through bank transfer, USDT or PayPal, please include your user ID in the reference or comment. This will help our finance department identify your payment and top up your BSDropshipping app account as quickly as possible. It is also fine if you occasionally forget to include your user ID. Our finance team can still locate your payment by checking the payment proof you submitted in the app and credit the correct amount to your account.

How long does it take for BSDrosphipping receive my money?
Depending on your location, the currency used, and the time of payment, the arrival time of the funds may vary. Once we receive your payment, our finance team will verify the payment proof you submitted on the BS App, This process may take anywhere from a few minutes to one business day. Since this process is completed manually, instant crediting is not available, regardless of your payment method. Your payment will not be reflected in your BS account immediately.
If you paid through PayPal, cryptocurrency, or Alipay but the funds have not been reflected in your BSDropshipping balance, it is because our finance team has not yet approved your payment. You can wait until it is approved, or you can contact your agent through whatsapp to request immediate approval.
Please also note that BSDropshipping only accepts PayPal payments sent via the “Friends and Family” option. If you make a payment using the “Goods and Services” option, it will be refunded and will not be reflected in your balance.

BSDropshipping will update the exchange rate every week before 9 AM CST (China Standard Time), Beijing. The exchange rates(Middle Rate) will be synchronized with those from the Bank of China (BOC). You can check the exchange rates here: Bank of China Exchange Rates.
Since BSDropshipping does not use real-time exchange rates, you may notice that the amount we top up may differ slightly from the real-time exchange rate.
