Due to Shopify's continuous policy updates, the permissions of your shops assigned to our app may be needed to be updated as well for some connected stores. Otherwise this will cause issues such as fulfillment failures. To resolve this, you'll need to uninstall and then reinstall the app.
How to uninstall BSDropshipping app ?
Log in your shopify store
Navigate to "Apps and saless channels"
Find the BSDropshipping app and click "Uninstall " option which is under the three dot

Does the uninstall and then reinstall process will affact my existing orders?
No, it won't affect your existing orders. It will help to solve issues like BS not being able to submit the tracking number.

DO NOT delete your stores from the BS app, otherwise ALL your products have to be quoted and conncted once again on the BSDropshipping fulfilment system!!!
