To install or sign up for the BS app and connect your Shopify store to it, you can You can also simply click here for a quick installation. You can connect multiple shops with the same BSDropshipping app account.

Currently, subscribers cannot delete their BSDropshipping account by themselves. Please contact the BSDropshipping team, and we will assist you with the deletion process. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in.

Your payment method, banking information,credit card details, email address, shipping address, full name, store information, refund record, top up record, invoice, order records, sourcing and quotation requests, and all associated products will be completely removed from BSDropshipping platform.You will also lose access to your BSDropshipping account permanently.

How to create a BSDropshipping account?

To create a BSDropshipping account, please follow below steps.

  • Click Sign up now

  • Input your personal information and click SIGN UP

  • Wait some time and you will see your BSDropshipping app account created successfully.

    Note: once your create a BS account, you need to click Connect Shopify and connect your shop to your BS account as soon as possible, otherwise, you will not able to submit sourcing request, view the product etc

How to connect your Shopify store to BS app ?

  • Option 1, Connect your store to BS app by installing the app to your store.

  • Option 2, You can log in to your existing BSDropshipping app account, go to "Store Management," click "Connect Shopify"

How to Disconnect Your Store from the BSDropshipping App?

How to Disconnect Your Store from the BSDropshipping App? Just follow below steps.

  1. Log in to your BSDropshipping account.

  2. Go to the "Store Management" section.

  3. Locate the store you want to disconnect.

  4. Click the "Actions" button.

  5. Select "Delete" to disconnect the store.

Please note that once your store is disconnected from the BSDropshipping app, all data associated with that store will be permanently removed. Additionally, the store will no longer be eligible for our services or refund policy.

How to uninstall BSDropshipping app from your Shopify store ?

Due to Shopify's continuous policy updates, the permissions of your shops assigned to our app may be needed to be updated as well for some connected stores. Otherwise this will cause issues such as fulfillment failures. To resolve this, you'll need to uninstall and then reinstall the app.

  • Log in your shopify store

  • Navigate to "Apps and saless channels"

  • Find the BSDropshipping app and click "Uninstall " option which is under the three dot

Does the uninstall and then reinstall process will affact my existing orders?

No, it won't affect your existing orders. It will help to solve issues like BS not being able to submit the tracking number.

DO NOT delete your stores from the BS app, otherwise ALL your products have to be quoted and conncted once again on the BSDropshipping fulfilment system!!!

How to connect your shopify store to another BSDropshipping account?

Although we recommend that every BSDropshipping subscriber use only one BSDropshipping app account for easier management of their business, there may be times when switching to another BS app account is necessary. If you need to switch, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Connect your Shopify store to your new BS app account like below.

Please note that each Shopify store can be connected to only one BS app account at a time.

How to connect new, another, multiple Shopify shops to your BSDropshipping account ?

If you want to manage all your shops with one BSDropshipping app account, you can achieve by

  • You can log in to your existing BSDropshipping app account, go to "Store Management," click "Connect Shopify"

  • Go to your shopify account, install BSDropshipping app, Simply click "Already have an account" when installing the BSDropshipping app on your new shop. Then, enter your existing email and password to link your new shop to the same BSDropshipping app account.

How do I know if my Shopify store successfully connected with BSDropshipping app or not ?

To know if your shopify store successfully connected with BSDropshipping app or not , just follow below steps.

  • Login your BS app account

  • Navigate to Store Management

  • If you can see your store's myshopify domain URL and the store type is Shopify, it means your shopify store successfully connected with BSDropshipping app already

Where can I find my user ID on my BSDropshipping app account?

To find your user ID of your BSDropshipping app account, just follow below steps.

⚠️If you haven’t connected your Shopify store to our app yet, your User ID will not be displayed, and many other features will also be unavailable. Your BS account will only show a blank page.

  1. Login your BSDropshipping app account.

  2. Click "Settings"

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page

To creat a sub account for your staff or partner, you need to follow 4 steps.

1-create a role (Please always give dashboard permission to no matter what role it is, otherwise your staff may not be able to log in their account.)

2-create a sub account

3-assign the role to the sub account you created

4-assign your store to the sub account you created(Please assign at least one store to your staff account, otherwise they may not be able to log in their account.)

About the Email Registered with the BSDropshipping App

What kind of email can be used to sign up for BSDropshipping?

You can register for a BSDropshipping account with either your work email or personal email.

Why BSDropshipping requires users' emails ?

We require users’ email addresses for several crucial reasons:

We normally create service tickets on the app and update you on order issues via WhatsApp. You only need to check your BSDropshipping account and WhatsApp messages regularly, so you will never miss any important updates.

However, there may be times when you are unavailable or unreachable. Therefore, only in such cases we also send email notifications to confirm product and resolve exceptional order matters involving finance, quotations, procurement, warehouse processing, logistics and after-sales support. This ensures you stay fully informed and allows us to obtain your timely authorization when needed.

  1. Quotation Updates: To notify you of any adjustments or revisions to your quotes.

  2. Shipping Fee Updates: The email you used to sign up for BSDropshipping will receive notifications about shipping fee adjustments.

  3. Holiday Notifications: The email you used to sign up for BSDropshipping will receive notifications about Chinese holidays.

  4. Order Status Alerts: To keep you updated in real time on all order progress.

  5. Product Quality Confirmation: To confirm product details and quality standards for your orders.

  6. Shipping & Delivery Notifications: To share shipping updates. On occasion, we may need your help verifying customer delivery addresses or notifying end buyers to collect parcels at local post offices.

  7. Financial Documents: To issue official documents including invoices, billing statements and payment confirmations.

  8. Recover your password: You can recover your password easily. If you forget your password, you can use your registered email to retrieve it

Providing a valid email address is essential. It allows BSDropshipping to contact you promptly with important updates and urgent issue notifications.

When I register the BSDropshipping app with a wrong or invalid email, or if I lose my email, will it affect the fulfillment of my orders?

No, it will not affect anything. You will still be able to log into your BSDropshipping account and fulfill your orders normally. No worries.

I have lost my email. Can I change the email I use to log into the BSDropshipping app?

No, you cannot change the email registered with BSDropshipping. However, you can still log in with the same email if you have lost access to it. If you don't remember your BSDropshipping app password, you can reach out to your account manager on WhatsApp, and we will help you check it.

If you really need to change your email, you can try to register a new BSDropshipping app account with your new email address.

When I register the BSDropshipping app, do I have to use the same email that I used to register my Shopify store?

No, your Shopify store login email and your BSDropshipping app login email can be different. It does not matter.

What if I register my BSDropshipping account with a wrong email? What will happen?

You can register a BSDropshipping app account and fulfill your orders normally even if your email is incorrect, but you may miss some important updates, such as shipping price changes, holiday notices, and news about BSDropshipping.

About the password of your BS app account

How to recover the password of your BS account?

If you have forgotten your BS account password,

  • you can either contact your exclusive agent directly to retrieve it (recommended)

  • or you can recover it yourself.

Please note that your BS account password and your Shopify password are for two separate systems and may be different.

The steps below will guide you through recovering your BS account password using the email address registered with your BSDropshipping app.

  • Input your email registered with BS app account and verification code and click “NEXT

  • Go to your email to check your verification code
