You may have noticed that, on some occasions, when BSDropshipping provides the price and full product information, the product images may later appear missing when you check the price again on the app.
This typically occurs because the images have been removed or modified by the shopify store owner or the team within your Shopify store.
Our quotations are based on the images you originally provided to BS, which are stored on Shopify’s servers. Once an image is removed from Shopify, it will also be removed from the BS system.
If you are confident that neither you nor your staff have made any changes to the images in your store, we kindly ask that you contact the BS team to provide feedback.
