How to fulfill orders with BSDrosphipping? What is the process?

Written by Jerry

Fulfilling your orders with BSDropshipping is quite easy. Here are the steps:

4. Add the Orders to the Invoice:

Below is about how to add orders to invoice manually.

How to see the total amount needed to pay for fulfilling orders before adding them to invoice?

Though the BSDropshipping team recommends you keep enough balance in your BS app account to avoid fulfillment delays due to payment transfer and confirmation taking time.

However, if you really want to see the total amount needed to pay for fulfilling orders before adding them to an invoice, and you only want to top up the corresponding balance, you can follow these steps:

(Note: If you want to withdraw your balance, we can always refund immediately.)

  1. Log in to your BSDropshipping app account.

  2. Navigate to the "Order" section.

  3. Locate the "Pending Payment" option.

  4. Select all the orders under the "Pending Payment" tab.

  5. The amount displayed on the top-right corner under the "Pending Payment" tab is what you need to pay.

Can you still fulfill my orders if I don’t click "Ask Quote" before I start selling?

Yes, that is completely fine. You may start selling first. Once you receive orders, log in to your BS account, locate the order, and click “Ask Quote”. After we send you the quotation, you can proceed with order fulfillment through us.

Why are my orders still unfulfilled? I have already paid for them in the BS App.

Normally, once your orders are paid (after clicking the Add to Invoice button) in your BS account, the BSDropshipping fulfillment team will process them within 24 hours. You will then be able to view the tracking number in your BS account and on your Shopify store.

If your orders still show as unfulfilled, it is most likely due to the following reasons:

  1. The most common cause is that the BSDropshipping warehouse is still waiting for stock from the supplier.

  2. Our warehouse has already fulfilled your orders and uploaded tracking numbers, but the tracking failed to sync to your Shopify store due to incorrect shipping address settings on your end.

In any case, if you have any questions or concerns, we recommend submitting a support ticket in your BS account or contacting your support agent via WhatsApp in a timely manner.

How to hold the orders?

Sometimes, if you want to hold or freeze certain orders until customer make the decision about what to ship, you just need to do the following,

  1. Choose the orders.

  2. Go to "Actions" and Click "Orders on hold/Restore"

Once you have done so, BSDropshipping will receive a notification not to fulfill the orders that you have held or frozen.

Can I use my own IOSS number ?

Yes. You can.

Just share your IOSS number to our team on whatsapp, we will do the setting accordingly here.

My customer placed an order on my Shopify store and paid for it. Will this order be automatically paid on the BSDropshipping app as well?

No, it won’t. Shopify and the BSDropshipping app are two separate and independent systems.

  • Orders paid for on your Shopify store will not be automatically marked as paid in the BSDropshipping app.

  • We cannot view or check your profit for each order or how much your customers have paid on your Shopify store. If you need to confirm your customers’ payment amounts, please log in to your own Shopify store to check.

  • In addition, you cannot set or modify your Shopify store prices via the BSDropshipping app.

If you want BSDropshipping to fulfill the order, you need to go to the BSDropshipping app and pay for the order manually.
