How to enable and disable the auto payment/invoice function?

To enable the auto-fulfillment feature and avoid the hassle of fulfilling orders manually, follow these steps:

This will activate the feature.

⚠️Please ensure you maintain a sufficient balance on your BSDrophipping app; otherwise, your orders will not be fulfilled automatically.

✨Once you enable the auto-payment feature in the app, all orders — whether incoming from your Shopify store or manual orders you create directly in your BSDropshipping account, and regardless of whether products are imported from other apps or downloaded from the BSDropshipping app — will be paid automatically every 5 minutes. The shipping method will also be selected automatically for each order.

Why sometimes the auto payment or auto fulfillment did not work?

Sometimes you may find that the auto payment or auto fulfillment did not work. This could be due to the following reasons:

  1. There is not enough balance in your BS account.

  2. Our auto payment task runs every 5-30 minutes. So, even if you have enough balance, the app may need up to 5-30 minutes to process the payment.

How to select the shipping line for your orders ?

To select the shipping line for your orders, just follow these steps:

If you want the BSDropshipping app to automatically choose the shipping line for you, you can achieve this by setting default shipping lines or shipping plans in your BS app account.

  2. Go to the "Settings" section.

  • If you also want the app automaticlly add your orders to invoice, you can enable the "order auto payment" under the "App Settings" manue, if you are not ready for it, it is also ok, the app will also choose the shipping lines from your plan for the new orders, even you do not enable the "order auto payment" feature.

How to see the total amount needed to pay for fulfilling orders before adding them to invoice?

Though the BSDropshipping team recommends you keep enough balance in your BS app account to avoid fulfillment delays due to payment transfer and confirmation taking time.

However, if you really want to see the total amount needed to pay for fulfilling orders before adding them to an invoice, and you only want to top up the corresponding balance, you can follow these steps:

(Note: If you want to withdraw your balance, we can always refund immediately.)

  1. Log in to your BSDropshipping app account.

  2. Navigate to the "Order" section.

  3. Locate the "Pending Payment" option.

  4. Select all the orders under the "Pending Payment" tab.

  5. The amount displayed on the top-right corner under the "Pending Payment" tab is what you need to pay.

Can you still fulfill my orders if I don’t click "Ask Quote" before I start selling?

Yes, that is completely fine. You may start selling first. Once you receive orders, log in to your BS account, locate the order, and click “Ask Quote”. After we send you the quotation, you can proceed with order fulfillment through us.

Can you combine multiple products into one package to ship all of them together in one parcel to minimize shipping cost?

If your order contains multiple products, BSDropshipping will always try to pack them into one package and ship everything together. However, this is not always possible due to the following reasons:

Reason one: Logistics companies have specific requirements regarding the maximum weight, size, and volume of each parcel. Because of this, we may need to divide your order into several packages.

Reason two: Factories sometimes ship items to us at different times. Some products may arrive earlier, while others take a few extra days. In such cases, we will ship the available items first and send the remaining ones separately.

Reason three: Logistics companies also impose restrictions on mixing certain types of products. For example, a product containing liquid cannot be shipped with one that contains a battery. In this case, the liquid product must be shipped separately.

In summary, we may or may not be able to ship all your items in one package, depending on the logistics company's requirements and the status of your order.

And no matter we ship the multiple products into one package or devide them into several pages, your payment to BSDropshipping will be the same.

Why are my orders still unfulfilled? I have already paid for them in the BS App.

Normally, once your orders are paid (after clicking the Add to Invoice button) in your BS account, the BSDropshipping fulfillment team will process them within 24 hours. You will then be able to view the tracking number in your BS account and on your Shopify store.

If your orders still show as unfulfilled, it is most likely due to the following reasons:

  1. The most common cause is that the BSDropshipping warehouse is still waiting for stock from the supplier.

  2. Our warehouse has already fulfilled your orders and uploaded tracking numbers, but the tracking failed to sync to your Shopify store due to incorrect shipping address settings on your end.

In any case, if you have any questions or concerns, we recommend submitting a support ticket in your BS account or contacting your support agent via WhatsApp in a timely manner.

How to hold the orders?

Sometimes, if you want to hold or freeze certain orders until customer make the decision about what to ship, you just need to do the following,

  1. Choose the orders.

  2. Go to "Actions" and Click "Orders on hold/Restore"

Once you have done so, BSDropshipping will receive a notification not to fulfill the orders that you have held or frozen.

Can I use my own IOSS number ?

Yes. You can.

Just share your IOSS number to our team on whatsapp, we will do the setting accordingly here.

My customer placed an order on my Shopify store and paid for it. Will this order be automatically paid on the BSDropshipping as well?

No, it won’t. Shopify and the BSDropshipping app are two separate and independent systems.

  • Orders paid for on your Shopify store will not be automatically marked as paid in the BSDropshipping app.

  • We cannot view or check your profit for each order or how much your customers have paid on your Shopify store. If you need to confirm your customers’ payment amounts, please log in to your own Shopify store to check.

  • In addition, you cannot set or modify your Shopify store prices via the BSDropshipping app.

If you want BSDropshipping to fulfill the order, you need to go to the BSDropshipping app and pay for the order manually.

Why two orders with identical items but slightly different handling fees ?

You may occasionally notice two orders with identical contents but slightly different handling fees . Please do not be concerned, as this is due to fluctuations in exchange rates, which BSDropshipping typically updates every Monday.
