To create a ticket, just follow below steps.

Login your BS app account → go to support ticket→ open new ticket
Fill in the order number and search
File a question
Fill in ticket details and confirm

Login your BS app account → go to order→ create a ticket
Fill in the ticket details and confirm.

Why I can not create a ticket?

If you get an error while creating a ticket, please
click “Yes” to confirm the existing support ticket from the BSDropshipping support team,
then click “Confirm.” or "problem solved"
Operation failed for the following reasons:This order has other issues in Processing! Notice:Click the Yes button will jump to the issues processing page of this order
Click “Confirm”
Click “problem solved”
After that you can create a ticket!
Where and how to check and manage the tickets?
The BSDropshipping warehouse team will create tickets for any issues related to fulfillment. We need your cooperation to log in to your BSDropshipping app daily to help resolve these tickets. Here’s how to check and manage them:
Log in to your BSDropshipping account.
Locate the "Support Ticket" button in the upper right corner, next to your avatar.
Click on the "Support Ticket" button to view all tickets raised by the BSDropshipping team or by yourself.
Please help to solve these tickets as soon as you can, if there is any issue, just reach out to the BSDropshipping team!
