How to enable and disable the auto payment/invoice function?
To enable the auto-fulfillment feature and avoid the hassle of fulfilling orders manually, follow these steps:
Navigate to "Settings."
Go to "System." Enable "Order Auto Payment."
Save your changes.
This will activate the feature.
Please ensure you maintain a sufficient balance on your BSDrophipping app; otherwise, your orders will not be fulfilled automatically.
Why sometimes the auto payment or auto fulfillment did not work?
Sometimes you may find that the auto payment or auto fulfillment did not work. This could be due to the following reasons:
There is not enough balance in your BS account.
Our auto payment task runs every 30 minutes. So, even if you have enough balance, the app may need up to 30 minutes to process the payment.
