Connect your Shopify store, get product quotes, pay for your orders, and let BSDropshipping handle the rest. Once an order is paid, our warehouse processes, packs, and ships it directly to your customer. Tracking information is then automatically synced back to your BSDropshipping account and Shopify store.

What you can manage from your account:

Go to:

Store Management → Connect Shopify

Connect your Shopify store to your BSDropshipping account.

Once connected, your store orders can be managed directly through the BSDropshipping app.

Your Shopify store and BSDropshipping account now work together in one fulfillment workflow.

Go to:

Sourcing & Branding → Sourcing → My Store Products

Here, you can find the products imported from your connected Shopify store.

Find the product you want us to fulfill and click:

Ask Quote

Our team will then source the product and provide you with the product and fulfillment pricing.

Once the quotation is ready, you can review it in your BSDropshipping account.

Need private labeling? You can also work with our team on branding options such as product logos, custom packaging, thank-you cards, inserts, boxes, pouches, and other customization services.

When you start receiving orders, add funds to your BSDropshipping account so you can pay for fulfillment.

Go to:

Billing → Money Transfer

You will find our bank payment details there.

Transfer the funds to the provided bank account. Once the payment is confirmed and credited, your available balance will appear in your BSDropshipping account.

Your account balance can then be used to pay for your fulfillment orders.

Go to:

Order → Pending Payment

Select the orders you want us to fulfill, then click:

Add to Invoice

Complete the payment using your BSDropshipping account balance.

Once the order is paid, it enters our warehouse fulfillment process.

You stay in control: only the orders you select and pay for will move forward for fulfillment.

After payment, the BSDropshipping warehouse team starts processing your orders.

We will:

Source or pick the product → Perform quality checks → Apply branding if required → Pack the order → Ship it to your customer

In most cases, tracking information is available the same day or the next day, depending on product availability and order processing requirements.

Once the tracking number is available:

Find your store products and click Ask Quote.

4. Receive Customer Orders
Orders from your connected store appear in the BSDropshipping app.

Add funds to your account, select pending orders, and add them to an invoice.

6. We Fulfill & Ship
Our warehouse processes, packs, and ships your orders.

7. Tracking Syncs Automatically
Tracking information appears in BSDropshipping and syncs back to your Shopify store.
