How does the tracking work? How to track my orders on the app?

Once BSDropshipping fulfills the orders, the tracking system will start to work automatically. This means you do not need to, and should not, do anything with your orders! Do not fulfill the orders yourself, do not add the tracking numbers yourself, and you do not need to manually provide the tracking number to your customers.

Once BSDropshipping fulfills the orders, the tracking works like this:

  • The tracking number will be automatically synced to the orders in your Shopify store.

  • The tracking number will be automatically synced to the orders in your BSDropshipping app account.

  • An email with the tracking number will be sent to the buyer who placed the order. However, you can disable this funtion if you do not want such notification sent to your buyer.

To make it easier for your buyers to track their packages, you can do the following:

  • Create a "Track My Order" page on your Shopify store website,

  • Install a package tracking app, or

  • Install our BSTrack system.

It's also fine if you choose not to install anything.
