If you ordered multiple pieces in one order, such as 10 pieces, but received fewer, such as 3 pieces, do not worry! It is possible that BSDropshipping shipped your order in multiple packages. This can happen for several reasons:
Reason one: sometimes this is necessary because the logistics have requirements on the weight, size, and volume of each parcel. Therefore, sometimes we have to divide your order into several packages. Please contact BSDropshipping for the other tracking numbers.
Reason two: sometimes factories ship orders to us at different speeds; some items arrive earlier, while others take a few days. When this happens, we will ship the items we have received first and send the remaining items later.
If you receive fewer items than you ordered, don’t worry. Simply contact BSDropshipping to get the tracking numbers for the other parcels.
