Synchronization Delay: Normally, Shopify pushes orders to the BSDropshipping app every 30 minutes. Therefore, you should expect an approximate 30-minute delay before orders are visible in the BSDropshipping app. If you require immediate order updates, you can manually push the orders through the BSDropshipping app.
Invalid Orders: Some orders might be invalid due to issues such as fraud, non-payment, or incorrect addresses. These orders will not sync to the BSDropshipping app. Please review these orders carefully.
Potential Bugs: Although rare, there may occasionally be bugs in the BSDropshipping app. If you suspect this is the case, please contact BSDropshipping support immediately for assistance.
