Why are some orders showing in Shopify store but not in the BSDropshipping app?

Sometimes, you may notice that orders appear in the Shopify App Store but not in the BSDropshipping app. This occurs for several reasons:

  1. Synchronization Delay: Normally, Shopify pushes orders to the BSDropshipping app every 30 minutes. Therefore, you should expect an approximate 30-minute delay before orders are visible in the BSDropshipping app. If you require immediate order updates, you can manually push the orders through the BSDropshipping app.

  2. Invalid Orders: Some orders might be invalid due to issues such as fraud, non-payment, or incorrect addresses. These orders will not sync to the BSDropshipping app. Please review these orders carefully.

  3. Potential Bugs: Although rare, there may occasionally be bugs in the BSDropshipping app. If you suspect this is the case, please contact BSDropshipping support immediately for assistance.
