What is the Function of the "Buy Again" Feature?
The "Buy Again" feature is designed to help you quickly duplicate a previous order. Once an order is duplicated, you have the flexibility to edit its details, including the size, color, shipping address, and quantity of items.
This feature is primarily used when a customer has already placed an order but wishes to make changes at a later time.
When Can You Use the "Buy Again" Feature?
You can use the "Buy Again" feature when your order is under any of the following tabs:
Invoiced
Processing
Shipped
How to Use the "Buy Again" Feature?
The "Buy Again" feature lets you quickly reorder or modify past orders. Here's how to use it:
Log in to your BSDropshipping app account.
Navigate to the "Orders" section.
Locate the specific order you wish to duplicate under the "Invoiced," "Processing," or "Shipped" tabs.
Click the "Buy Again" button associated with that order.
Once the order is duplicated, you have two options:
Keep the duplicated order unchanged for an exact reorder.
Edit the order by adding, removing, or changing variants (like size or color) or updating the shipping address.
