If a customer wants to add, remove, or change an item after placing an order, you can follow these steps:
⚠️Please note that you can only edit an order if it is NOT shipped or fulfilled by BSDropshipping.
1. Cancel the original order on the BS app.
2. Edit the order on your Shopify store according to the customer's requirements.
3. Duplicate the edited order to create a new order on your Shopify store.
4. Return to your BS account and pay for the new order.
Cancel the original order on the BS app.
A. Directly cancel it if you did not add it to invoice
B. You can cancel payment first, then cancel the order if you have add that order to invoice.
Edit the order on your Shopify store according to the customer's requirements.
You can add an item,remove an item or adjust the quantity.
Duplicate the edited order to create a new order and mark as paid on your Shopify store.
