🛍️Orders under 'Pending Payment' Tab
Orders in the 'Pending Payment' tab are unpaid by BSDropshipping users and will not be shipped or fulfilled. You may cancel orders, change shipping address, add items, or modify product color, size, variant and quantity for these orders.

just locate your order under 'Pending Payment', Click the arrow icon to expand order details, then locate the item you wish to cancel. Click 'Cancel This Item',
✨If you need to restore the removed item, simply click Item Canceled again.
❗ The order price will be updated after you remove an item.
❗You may need to re-select the shipping method since the order contents have changed.
💡Cancel the whole order
just locate your order under 'Pending Payment', Click 'Cancel ' , Afterwards, this order will be moved to the ‘Cancelled’ tab.
✨If you want to restore the canceled order, go to the 'Cancelled' tab, then locate the order you wish to restore, and click 'Cancelled' button under the 'Action' column again,Afterwards, this order will be moved to the ‘Pending Payment’ tab again.

Click 'Select My Store Products', then choose the item,
❗Enter the quantity, then click 'Confirm',

Return to 'Pending Payment'. You will see the new items added to your order. (❗ You may need to re-select the shipping method since the order contents have changed.)

⚠️ The price will be updated once you adjust the order quantity.

If you want to change the shipping address of an order, you can go to your shopify store and edit it. If you have already updated the shipping address of an order in your Shopify store:
When your BSDropshipping account order status is Pending Payment, Quoting, Invoiced or Processing, the new shipping address will be automatically synced to the BSDropshipping warehouse fulfillment team.
⚠️If the order status is already Shipped, the new address will not be updated in our warehouse system.

1. Cancel the original order on the BS app.
Method A. Directly cancel it if you did not add it to invoice
Method B. You can cancel payment first, then cancel the order if you have add that order to invoice.

3. Duplicate the edited order to create a new order and mark as paid on your Shopify store.
4. Return to your BS account and pay for the new order.
