What is the credit amount?
To reward our most reliable clients, BSDropshipping offers a credit amount. This credit helps to relieve cash flow issues and ensures your customers do not worry about their orders. It allows you to add orders to invoice even if your account balance is zero.
Navigate to "Billing", you will see your credit amount.
What Happens When You Use Your Credit?
Once you have added orders to invoice using your credit amount, the initial fulfillment process begins immediately:
Our purchasing team will place orders with the factory if we do not have stock in our warehouse.
Private label preparation will begin, if applicable.
Our fulfillment team will upload tracking numbers for those orders, so your customers will not have to worry about their shipments.
Important Note: Please be aware that if you are using your credit amount, BSDropshipping will not hand over the parcels to the logistics company until your balance has been topped up.
Can I use my balance and my credit amount at the same time?
No, you cannot use your balance and your credit at the same time. Our system is set up to automatically deduct funds from your balance by default. You can only begin to use your credit amount to pay for orders once your account balance has been completely used up.
What is the difference between account balance and credit amount ?
Your account balance is normally a positive number. This represents the amount of money that BSDropshipping owes you, and you can request a refund at any time. When your balance is fully used and you begin to use your credit amount, your account balance will become negative. A negative account balance represents the money that you owe BSDropshipping, which is what happens when you use your credit amount.
Your credit amount is always a positive number. It means the amount of money you can use to pay your orders when you run out of balance.
If your top-up amount is greater than your negative balance, your account balance will become positive again. Additionally, your credit amount will be reset to its default limit.
*Positive account balance means the money that BS owes you
*A negative account balance means that you owe BS money. This occurs when you have used up your positive balance and begin utilizing your credit amount. Your available credit will then decrease accordingly.
How can I get a credit amount? What if I need more credit?
To get a credit amount or request an increase, please contact your account manager.
We will then evaluate your cooperation with BS and decide whether to grant you a credit amount, or to increase or decrease your existing one.
