BSDropshipping provides a feature that allows you to track the stock quantities of items stored in our warehouse. Please read the policy and follow the steps below to use this feature.
Policy and Agreement for Using the Stock Quantity Tracking Feature
Purchase and Delivery of Stock
You must purchase the stock from your own supplier and arrange for them to ship the items directly to the BSDropshipping warehouse. BSDropshipping does not assist with purchasing stock.Minimum Quantity Requirement
Each product variant sent to the BSDropshipping warehouse must have at least 100 pieces. If the quantity is below this minimum, we will not be able to record the stock quantity for that variant in our system.Quality Inspection
BSDropshipping can provide a free quality inspection, based on the quality checkpoints you provide.
If you do not provide your quality inspection standards, BSDropshipping will still conduct a basic sampling inspection.However, if buyers later receive products with quality issues, BSDropshipping will not take responsibility for the quality problems.
Stock Quantity displayed on the app
Since products may occasionally be lost during warehouse storage and handling, the stock quantity displayed in the app may differ slightly from the actual quantity in the warehouse.

Process for Shipping Stock to BSDropshipping Warehouse
Contact Your Agent
Reach out to your BSDropshipping agent and provide the following details:Product information (product cost, size, weight, nature etc...)
Quantity of each variant
Estimated date the stock will arrive at the BSDropshipping warehouse
Confirmation From BSDropshipping
After reviewing your request, BSDropshipping will confirm whether we can receive the stock.
Once confirmed, you may arrange shipment to one of our warehouses in Dongguan, Guangzhou, or Yiwu.Warehouse Receiving & Quality Check
When the stock arrives at the warehouse:Our team will perform the required quality inspection
Stock quantities and variant details will be recorded and entered into our system
Where and How to Track Your Stock Quantity
To track your stock quantity, simply log in to the BSDropshipping app and navigate to the Warehouse section.
There, you can view the current stock levels for each product variant.
You can also set stock level alerts when your inventory reaches a low threshold.
How Long Can I Store Products in the BSDropshipping Warehouse for Free?
You can store your products in the BSDropshipping warehouse free of charge for up to one year.
After one year, the products will either be discarded or a storage fee will be charged, depending on the situation.
Will I Receive a Refund If Products Are Lost During Warehousing?
Yes. If your products are lost while stored in the BSDropshipping warehouse, you will receive a 100% refund.
