With BSDropshipping’s 3PL service, you only pay a shipping fee per parcel with handling fee as low as USD $0.20 per package.
Requirements
To qualify for our 3PL service, the following conditions must be met:
A minimum of 1,000 orders per day
Inventory must be purchased and shipped to BSDropshipping warehouses in advance for fulfillment
Issue | Refund &Resolution |
Parcels Returned due to incorrect or incomplete address | Only the handling fee will be refunded. Customers are required to place a new order for reshipment on BSDropshipping app. |
No tracking updates for more than 30 days | Only the handling fee will be refunded. Customers are required to place a new order for reshipment on BSDropshipping app. |
Delivery failure requiring reshipment | Only the handling fee will be refunded. Customers are required to place a new order for reshipment on BSDropshipping app. |
Product quality issues | Only the handling fee will be refunded. Customers are required to place a new order for reshipment on BSDropshipping app. |
Damaged product | Only the handling fee will be refunded. Customers are required to place a new order for reshipment on BSDropshipping app. |
Missing or incorrect item shipped | A replacement order will be created through the ERP system by BS team. |
Order not shipped | A full refund will be issued. |
