BSDropshipping only offer DDU service for Brazil market: When placing an order, the recipient’s tax ID, customs code, phone number, and postal code are mandatory. The accuracy of the phone number must be ensured. If VAT or customs duties are incurred during the clearance process, the local customs will contact the recipient to collect the fees.
According to Brazilian customs regulations:
For parcels declared under USD 50, the recipient must pay a 60% import duty plus circulation tax (ICMS, approximately 17%–28% depending on the state).
For parcels declared between USD 50 and USD 1,000, the recipient is expected to pay a 60% import duty plus ICMS (approximately 17%–28% depending on the state).
The actual tax amount is subject to the amount determined by the destination customs.
Parcels that are detained for inspection or fail customs clearance will be destroyed by default. Return service is not provided.

The above are standard acceptable dimensions. In principle, irregular-shaped items are not accepted in all countries. If required, an additional handling fee of RMB 150 per shipment will be charged. Examples of irregular items can be found in the appendix.

8. Delivery Address Requirements
All countries: Amazon warehouse addresses and military addresses are not accepted.
Poland: Packstation addresses are only accepted in the following four cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, Krakow.
Packstation limits: maximum size 60 × 40 × 35 cm and maximum weight 25 kg.
Portugal:
PO Box addresses are not accepted;
The Azores and Madeira regions are not serviced;
Postal codes starting with “9” are not supported.
Greece: PO Box addresses are not serviced.
Australia: Uses zoned postal codes (by region).
Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania:
In some routes, last-mile delivery only supports self-pickup (pickup points or lockers).
The recipient must provide accurate and complete contact information; incorrect details may lead to delivery failure.
Norway:
PO Box addresses are considered public mailboxes, and proof of delivery/signature cannot be provided.
Customers are advised to intercept such shipments in advance.
YunExpress will not be liable for compensation due to delivery/signature issues for such addresses.
Addresses containing keywords such as P.O. Box, PO BOX, po box, Po BOX, Postboks, POSTBOKS, Box, Pb, etc., are considered PO Box addresses.
United Kingdom:
Some remote areas incur a remote surcharge of RMB 9 per shipment.
Military addresses, overseas territories, and offshore islands are not serviced (e.g., British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, etc.).
Delivery to remote areas may take 1–3 additional days.
Remote surcharges are applied directly (no interception or holding of parcels).

Branded products are not accepted. Any items involving trademark rights are prohibited, including products with designs, brands, logos, or images of international anime/cartoon characters that may infringe intellectual property rights (e.g., sports club logos, association emblems, etc.).
You may refer to the official intellectual property customs registration database to verify brands. For authorization details, consult our customer service or account manager. Final determination is subject to the destination customs. Please refer to the IP product list for details.

3. United States:
FDA-certified products, all cosmetics, and adult products are not accepted.
4. Japan
Prohibited items:
① Items restricted by other regulations; pure battery items; liquids; food; genuine leather; wool textiles; counterfeit or infringing goods; second-hand items; baby/infant toys; asbestos-containing goods; bulletproof vests and other special-function items. Refer to the Japan prohibited items list for details.
② Pure batteries, dry batteries, liquids, powders, firearms, and ammunition are prohibited.
Acceptable items:
① General cargo, clothing, and textiles are acceptable, but note:
a. Declaration format for apparel: Gender + material + weaving method + clothing type
Example:
Chinese: 女式棉梭织连衣裙 → English: Women's cotton woven one-piece dress
Chinese: 男式棉针织运动衫 → English: Men's cotton knitted sweatshirt
b. Shoes: Leather items must specify material; others do not

c. Knitted garments and leather items may incur duties. Duties are charged based on actual cost and may affect transit time.
② Food-related items: limited to 1 set per parcel; must be addressed to an individual (no company names or addresses). Otherwise, customs may destroy the parcel and the sender bears the cost.
③ Each parcel to Japan must contain no more than 10 items, otherwise it may be treated as a commercial shipment and cause clearance issues (taxes borne by the sender if misdeclared).
5. Mexico:
Only general cargo is accepted. Prohibited: counterfeit goods, pastes, battery-included products, pure batteries, liquids, powders, firearms/ammunition, wooden items, etc. Refer to Mexico prohibited list for details.
6. Israel:
For certain categories, required permits must be prepared in advance. Without certificates, shipment is not recommended as customs clearance may fail.
Prohibited imports include: tail pipes, remote keys, winches, laser products, drones.
7. Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines:
Only general cargo; no items with batteries/electric components.
8. Nigeria:
Each parcel may contain no more than 8 cameras.
9. Egypt:
Small household appliances are not accepted (e.g., juicers, meat grinders, rice cookers, microwaves, etc.).
10. Kuwait / Qatar / Bahrain / Jordan / Lebanon / Saudi Arabia / UAE
① Shipment type: Only general cargo accepted. No battery items, magnetic items, liquids, powders, pastes, granular items, flammable/explosive goods.
② Prohibited items include (but not limited to):
Walkie-talkies, knives, drones, cameras, military-related items, routers, e-cigarettes, Qurans, counterfeit goods, tail pipes, remote keys, winches, laser products, adult products, anti-Islamic items, e-passports, laser glasses, voice changers, telescopes, magic props, gambling items, smartwatches with cameras, GPS-enabled devices, fan accessories, RC aircraft, medical devices, mobile phones (new or used), SIM cards, satellite equipment, TVs, automotive parts, religious books, paint, chemicals, animals/plants/soil/seeds, batteries, cosmetics, pork-related products, replicas, celebrity images/names, etc.

Due to customs policy changes, prohibited items may be updated at any time. Final determination rests with customs. Any costs arising from inspection or disposal due to prohibited items shall be borne by the sender.
Note: If prohibited items are found, parcels will be confiscated and shipping fees will not be refunded.
11. Vietnam:
Prohibited: playing cards, mahjong tiles, USB drives, storage devices/hard disks, media discs (movies, CDs/DVDs).
12. Peru
① No battery-included items, pure batteries, or high-power products; no health supplements, cosmetics, or skincare products.
② No communication-enabled devices (e.g., mobile phones, tablets with calling function, smartwatches).
③ Prohibited items include: Skin Care Massage, Color Lead, Plant Seeds, Wax Bean, Sketch Pencil, Desiccant, Syringe, Soldering Supplies, Clean Brush, Depilatory Wax, Tools, Plant Seedlings, Tattoo pen, etc.

13. Brazil:
Only general cargo is accepted (items must not be visible through packaging).
No counterfeit goods, pastes, batteries (built-in or standalone), liquids, powders, firearms, etc.
Transparent packaging is not allowed. Multiple parcels must be packed in opaque bags/boxes. If repacking is required, costs will be borne by the sender.
14. Pakistan:
Strict customs inspection for high-value sensitive items with IMEI (e.g., GPS trackers, walkie-talkies, drones, data cards, mobile phones, computers, tablets, routers, adult products, etc.).
If prohibited items are shipped, customs detention, inspection, and destruction costs will be borne by the sender.
