How does the tracking work?
Once BSDropshipping fulfills the orders, the tracking system will start to work automatically. This means you do not need to, and should not, do anything with your orders!

The tracking number will be automatically synced to the orders in your Shopify store.

An email with the tracking number will be sent to the buyer who placed the order. However, you can disable this function on your own shopify store if you do not want such notification sent to your buyer.
To make it easier for your buyers to track their packages, you can do the following:

Install a package tracking app, or
Install our BSTrack system.
It's also fine if you choose not to install anything.
Where to check the tracking number ?
You can find the order tracking number directly in your BSDropshipping account. Simply go to "Orders", click "Shipped", and you will see the tracking number for each order. Clicking the tracking number will display the full tracking route and the latest status updates for your order.
