All

means all the orders synced from your shopify store to our app

Quoting

Means all the orders that are still not quoted by BSDropshipping

If you want BSDropshipping fulfill the orders for you, please click "Ask for Quote" immediately

Pending Payment

Means all the order that were not paid by you yet, thus BSDropshipping will not be able to fulfill those orders

If you want BSDropshipping fulfill the orders for you, please choose the orders and click "Add to Invoice" immediately

Invoiced

Means all the orders that you have paid for， including unfilled orders and shipped orders

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Before BSDropshipping ships the orders, you can cancel them. Once the order status changes to "shipped," it cannot be canceled or edited.

Processing

This means all the orders you have paid for. BSDropshipping has received these orders, they are being processed, and they have not yet been shipped.

You can cancel those order which is under "Processing"

Shipped

This means all the orders BSDropshipping has fulfilled.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Once the order status changes to "shipped," it cannot be canceled or edited.

Out of stock

This means these items are currently unavailable due to a lack of stock at the factory. BSDropshipping can not ship for now.

You can not add the order that is out of stock to invoice.
