If you have paid for an order and the order status is "Invoiced," and you need to cancel it, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your BSDropshipping app account.

  • Navigate to the "Order" section.

  • Go to the "Invoiced" tab.

  • Select the order and click "Create Ticket."
