How to cancel an order which is under "Processing" tab?

If the status of order you have paid is "Processing," and you need to cancel it, please follow the steps below:

Method one, "cancel payment" (if it does not work, use method two).

Note: if your invoiced order was already reviewed(已审核) by the BSDropshipping fulfillment team, method one will not work, please use method two.

  • Log in to your BSDropshipping app account.

  • Navigate to the "Order" section.

  • Go to the "Processing" tab.

  • Select the order and click "Actions"

  • Click “Cancel Payment

Method two, "create ticket".

  • Log in to your BSDropshipping app account.

  • Navigate to the "Order" section.

  • Go to the "Processing" tab.

  • Select the order and click "Create Ticket."
