BSDropshipping supports order cancellations before the orders are shipped. For shipped orders, we generally do not support cancellations.
Note
if you want to cancel an order, you just need to check orders under tabs of Quoting, Pending Payment, Processing, Shipped.
If you have already added an order to invoice, this order will either exit on "Processing" tab or "Shipped" tab, so you do not need to care about orders under "invoiced" tab.
Please follow the steps below to understand when and how you can cancel an order.
