How to cancel an order which is under "shipped" tab?

If the status of order you have paid is "shipped" and you need to cancel it, please follow the steps below:

Note: BSDropshipping may decline your cancellation request if the orders have already been picked up by logistics.

  • Log in to your BSDropshipping app account.

  • Navigate to the "Order" section.

  • Go to the "shipped" tab.

  • Select the order and click "Create Ticket."
