Free Re-delivery Policy

As part of BSDropshipping’s refund policy, we offer our most reliable customers a free re-delivery service for order amount less than USD15.


This means that in the following cases, if delivery fails, upon your request on the BSDropshipping app, we can reship another parcel from China for free.

Cases qualified for free re-delivery

Note

Delivery failed because the customer was not at home (order amount less than USD15)

Non-refundable

Delivery failed because the customer was not reachable (order amount less than USD15)

Non-refundable

Delivery failed because the customer provided the wrong address, phone number etc(order amount less than USD15)

Non-refundable

Customer did not pick up their parcel within the time limit notified by the post office(order amount less than USD15)

Non-refundable

Parcels get stuck at customs for more than 7 days(order amount less than USD15)

You can also request for refund.

Tracking information was not updated for more than 14 days for ordinary address, (order amount less than USD15)

“Ordinary address” usually refers to a regular delivery address, as opposed to a special one.

  • Ordinary addresses = Common residential addresses, office addresses, business buildings, etc., where postal services and couriers can deliver without issue.

Tracking information was not updated for more than 60 days for special addresses, (order amount less than USD15)

Special addresses may include:

  • Remote areas

  • Island

  • Military addresses (such as APO/FPO)

  • Prisons

  • Other places that require extra procedures or are difficult to access

  • Warehouse addresses that require secondary forwarding

How to request free re-delivery?

  1. Inform your agent that you are requesting a free re-delivery.

  2. BSDropshipping will refund the duplicated order and ship the parcel again free of charge.

How many times can you request free re-delivery?
One time only. This means if the second parcel also fails to be delivered, BSDropshipping will not arrange a third delivery, and the order will not be eligible for a refund.

What if the re-sent parcel still fails to be delivered to the customer? Can you refund or resend again?
*We will not re-send for the third time.
