I received fewer items than I ordered.
If you ordered multiple items in a single order (e.g. 10 pieces) but only received fewer items (e.g. 3 pieces), please do not worry. This situation may occur for the following reasons.
Orders may be divided into multiple packages, and multiple tracking numbers will be generated. This is often necessary, as logistics carriers have strict requirements on the weight, size and volume of each parcel. For this reason, we sometimes need to split your order into several separate shipments. In addition, items from different factories may arrive at our warehouse at different times. Some products are delivered earlier, while others take a few more days. In this case, we will ship the in-stock items first and send the remaining goods once they arrive.
đ For the same order in Shopify,we can only submit ONE tracking number per fulfillment.
Our BSDropshipping warehouse team may occasionally make mistakes. Every day, tens of thousands of parcels are shipped from our warehouses. On rare occasions, our staff may miss some items and ship fewer products than ordered.
While we strive for zero errors, occasional mistakes cannot be fully avoided because order fulfillment is manually processed by our team.
No matter how if you received less items than expected, Please contact your BSDropshipping agent via WhatsApp or submit a ticket in the app to obtain the additional tracking numbers for the remaining packages or apply for a refund or solution.
My newest orders from my shopify store are not showing on the "Pending Payment" page or on the 'New Order' tab on BSDropshipping App .
Sometimes, you may notice that orders from your Shopify store do not appear on the âPending Paymentâ page or under the âNew Orderâ tab in the BSDropshipping app.
Most of the time, this is because the products have not been quoted yet. In other words, only orders with quoted products will appear under âPending Payment.â
It may also be due to the following reasons:
Order Synchronization Delay
It takes about 30 minutes for Shopify to automatically push order information to the BSDropshipping app.If you want your orders to appear in the app immediately for fulfillment. In such cases, you can manually sync the orders to the BSDropshipping app like this.
Unquoted Products
If your products have not been quoted yet, any orders for those products will appear under the "Quoting" tab in the app instead of the "Pending Payment" tab. You can also find these orders under the "All" tab. If it is so, please push your BS agent to quote for your product as soon as possible.
Orders have been fulfilled
If your orders have been fulfilled by you(we do not recommend) or other agents, the order will not enter into pending payment tab.
Order is not valid
An order may not show in our fulfillment app if:
Payment is not completed
Status: Pending / Failed
Our fulfillment apps only pull paid orders
Order is not marked as âunfulfilledâ
If itâs already fulfilled, our apps wonât display it under pending payment tab or new order tab.
Missing shipping info
No address, phone, or required fields
Our fulfillment apps often ignore incomplete shipping data
Fraud or manual hold
Shopify may flag or hold the order
Apps wonât process it until released
App Bug
Though it happens very rare, if the above two case do not solve your problem, it could means BS app has a bug, in this case, kindly contact BS team as soon as you can.Thank you.
