3PL Basic Fulfillment Protection Policy
At BSDropshipping, we understand that your inventory is important to your business.
Our 3PL fulfillment service includes Basic Fulfillment Protection at no additional cost. If a verified fulfillment error is caused by our warehouse team, we will take responsibility according to the policy below.
Standard Liability Value
For 3PL inventory sent directly to our warehouse, BSDropshipping may not know the original purchase cost of your products.
To keep the process simple, a Standard Liability Value of USD $10 per unit automatically applies if you do not declare a product value before your inventory is received.
If your product is worth more than USD $10 per unit, you may declare its value before sending the inventory to our warehouse.
No declared value → Standard Liability Value: up to USD $10 per unit
Declared value → Compensation is subject to the declared value and our applicable liability limits.
For higher-value products, we may request supporting documents such as supplier invoices, purchase records, or payment records.
What We Cover
Basic Fulfillment Protection applies to verified warehouse fulfillment errors caused by BSDropshipping, including:
Wrong SKU shipped
Wrong color or size shipped
Incorrect quantity shipped
Missing items
Products lost due to warehouse handling errors
Products damaged due to warehouse handling errors
How We Resolve Fulfillment Errors
If BSDropshipping makes a verified fulfillment error, our first priority is to correct the order.
Depending on the situation, we may:
Reship the correct product at no additional fulfillment charge;
Cover reasonable replacement shipping costs;
Provide account credit; or
Compensate for the affected product according to its applicable liability value.
Compensation is based on the actual direct product loss, subject to the applicable declared or standard liability value.
For example:
If no value was declared and a product has a verified value of USD $25, the maximum product compensation under the Standard Liability Value is USD $10 per unit.
If the product has a verified value of USD $6, compensation will not exceed the actual USD $6 product value.
Customer-Declared Product Value
If your products are worth more than the Standard Liability Value, please declare their value before the inventory arrives at our warehouse.
Product values cannot be increased retroactively after a loss or fulfillment error has occurred.
BSDropshipping may request proof of purchase or other supporting documentation when reviewing claims involving declared values.
High-value products may require prior approval or additional protection arrangements.
What Is Not Covered
Basic Fulfillment Protection does not cover losses caused by:
Incorrect SKU, quantity, address, color, size, or other information provided by the client;
Changes requested after an order has already been processed or shipped;
Product defects or quality issues that existed before the inventory arrived at our warehouse;
Supplier manufacturing defects;
Normal product wear or deterioration;
Events or losses outside BSDropshipping's reasonable control.
Carrier loss or damage during international transportation may be handled separately according to the applicable shipping carrier's compensation policy.
Direct Losses Only
Our Basic Fulfillment Protection is designed to cover reasonable and verifiable direct product losses.
It does not cover indirect or consequential losses, including:
Retail selling price or expected retail margin
Lost profits
Advertising costs
Customer acquisition costs
Chargebacks
Loss of future sales
Store reputation or brand damage
Discounts, coupons, gift cards, or additional compensation voluntarily offered to end customers

Our warehouse mistakenly ships:
Black / Size L
If the error is confirmed to have been caused by BSDropshipping, we will normally arrange a replacement shipment of the correct item without charging another fulfillment fee and handle the direct product loss according to the applicable liability value.
If our warehouse shipped exactly according to the order information provided to us, the shipment would not normally be considered a BSDropshipping fulfillment error.
