Please note that BSDropshipping ONLY accept pay though Friends of Family option. If you paid through Goods and Service option, your payment will be refunded.

If PayPal does not offer Friends and Family option, it is usually due to your country, account type, or PayPal’s security policies. In that case, you can try sending the payment through cryptocurrency or a bank transfer.

How long does it take for BSDrosphipping receive my money?

Depending on your location, the currency used, and the time of payment, the arrival time of the funds may vary. Once we received your payment, we will help top up your balance immediately.

If you paid through PayPal, cryptocurrency, or Alipay but the funds have not been reflected in your BSDropshipping balance, it is because our finance team has not yet approved your payment. You can wait until it is approved, or you can contact your agent to request immediate approval.

Please also note that BSDropshipping only accepts PayPal payments sent via the “Friends and Family” option. If you make a payment using the “Goods and Services” option, it will be refunded and will not be reflected in your balance.

Since BSDropshipping does not use real-time exchange rates, you may notice that the amount we top up may differ slightly from the real-time exchange rate.
